Every item shows its price, kilojoules and, where published, protein, fat and carbohydrate. The totals at the bottom add up as you go.

Try a swap
See the other versions the kiosk sells — avocado, cucumber or brown rice — with the change in kilojoules and price, and leave a salad’s dressing out.

Save or send
Save the meal, choose a pickup time, and call, email, share or copy it. The kiosk confirms the order.

Asked often
Does the app order or pay?
No. It builds a meal that you call through, email, share or copy yourself. The kiosk confirms the order, the price and the pickup time.
Where do the figures come from?
Kilojoules and prices from the Shellharbour store’s online-ordering menu; protein, fat and carbohydrate from the nutrition panels on Sushi Hub’s website, both read on 8 October 2026.
Why do some items show two kJ figures?
For three items the website panel and the ordering page differ. The app uses the ordering page’s figure and shows the other one.
What about the salad dressing?
The website lists the dressing separately: 30 ml a pack, 554 kJ, 12.3 g fat. A salad box counts it unless you leave it out.
Is this dietary advice?
No. The app adds up the brand’s published figures. Kilojoules are not updated when items are changed. Ask a doctor or dietitian about your own needs.
Does it show allergens?
No. Ask the staff, see Sushi Hub’s allergen list, or email admin@sushihub.com.au.
Where are my meals kept?
Only on your phone, until you delete them. There is no account.
Which kiosk is this?
Sushi Hub Shellharbour, Kiosk K204, Stockland Shellharbour, 211 Lake Entrance Road, Shellharbour City Centre NSW 2529, phone (02) 4231 9498, operated by JJH RETAIL PTY LTD. It is not the Sushi Hub store at Shop 1120A in the same centre.
