A meal is not an order
Sushi Balance builds a meal that you call through, email, share or copy yourself. The kiosk confirms the order, the price and the pickup time.
The figures
Shellharbour prices from the store’s online-ordering menu, read 8 October 2026. The store confirms the price when you order. Energy as shown on the store’s ordering page. The average adult daily energy intake is 8,700 kJ. Kilojoules are not updated when menu items are customised. Protein, fat and carbohydrate from the nutrition panels on Sushi Hub’s website (read 8 October 2026), for the white-rice version unless the item is a brown-rice roll. For three items the website shows a different energy figure; the app uses the ordering page’s figure and shows both.

Allergens
Sushi Balance shows energy and nutrients only. For allergens, see Sushi Hub’s allergen list, tell the staff about any allergy, or email admin@sushihub.com.au.
Hours
Kiosk hours from the brand’s Shellharbour page; the Stockland page shows the centre’s shorter hours (Saturday to 4 pm, Sunday 10 am to 4 pm). Confirm with the kiosk, and on public holidays.
